The Star War’s actor’s tweet comes in response to the article about the West Hollywood City Council unanimously passing a resolution to have Trump’s star removed.
Fisher passed away in December 2016 after she finished filming Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The two had grown close since they filmed the first Star Wars trilogy.
Hamill is expected to reunite with Fisher posthumously on screen in the upcoming Star Wars film that is expected to hit theatres on Dec. 20, 2019.
