On Thursday, former President Barack Obama paid a visit to the Jellef Club in Northeast Washington.
He visited about 50 middle schoolers who were there. Obama donned a Santa hat and a leather jacket for the visit.
He spent about half an hour, handing out gifts and posing for pictures with the students.

After the visited, Obama tweeted, “There’s no better time than the holiday season to reach out and give back to our communities. Great to hear from young people at the Boys & Girls Club in DC today.”
