Sean Spicer makes suprising appearance at the Emmys to mock Trump (Details)

During Sunday night’s Emmy opening, Stephen Colbert unsurprisingly went political to mock Trump. He was also joined by former Press Secretary Sean Spicer.

The former press secretary rolled out on a podium as Colbert joked about the audience size of the Emmys, making fun of Spicer’s defense of Trump’s inauguration size.

Colbert asked if there was anyone who could predict how big the Emmy audience would be. Then Spicer rolls out on the podium saying, “This will be the largest audience to witness the Emmys, period — both in person and around the world.”

Colbert introduced Spicer as “Melissa McCarthy” as he left the stage. This was in reference to McCarthy’s impressions of Sean Spicer on Saturday Night Live that won her an Emmy.
