Trump’s longtime personal driver is suing the Trump Organization for years of unpaid overtime work.
On Monday, Noel Cintron, who has been Trump’s personal driver for more than 25 years, filed the suit in the New York Supreme Court.
In the complaint, it reads, “In an utterly callous display of unwarranted privilege and entitlement and without even a minimal sense of noblesse oblige President Donald Trump has, through the defendant entities, exploited and denied significant wages to his own longstanding personal driver.”

According to Cintron’s suit, he was “forced to work thousands of hours of overtime without compensation.”
It also states that he worked an average of 50 and 55 hours weekly starting at 7 a.m. each day “to whenever Donald Trump, his family or business associates no longer required plaintiff’s services.” He added that he was not paid for working on holidays and vacations.
Cintron is suing for 3,300 overtime hours for the past six years, due to the statute of limitations.
The lawsuit also claims that he has not received a raise since 2010, where his pay went up $7,000. He added that when he received the raise, Trump took away his health insurance.
He is seeking $178,200 in overtime pay plus $5,000 in penalties.
