On Wednesday, the first two “Trump baby” blimps have arrived in Bedminster NJ. This is the city where the Trump National Golf Club is located. There are more on the way.

The two blimps are part of the six that will be brought to the town. This was set up by two local activists, Didier Jiminez-Castro and Jim Girvan, who started a GoFundMe account to raise $4,500 for two blimps. However, they ended up blowing past their goal and have raised $23,748 and counting. This allowed them to order six blimps in total.

The 20 foot long blimps depict Trump with tiny hands wearing a diaper. They were first seen last month during his visit to the U.K.

According to Jiminez-Castro and Girvan, the goal behind the blimps is to taunt Trump while he is at his Bedminster golf course.

Girvan also revealed they plan to get one of the blimps into the air before the midterm elections.

However, this may be a challenge as the Secret Service and the Federal Aviation Administration have strict rules about what can enter in the FAA’s Temporary Flight Restriction area. The rules are set in place to protect a president.

But officials believe that it shouldn’t be an issue if they tether it to the ground because blimps float rather than fly.

Girvan also added that he’s looking to transfer the blimps to different parts of the country.

He stated, “We want to make sure the balloons get put into good hands. If we can locate an organization that’s willing and able to have multiple events on a regional level, we’re certainly going to consider that.”
